Feeding Refugee Mothers

You are impacting lives in this terrible war

The leader of the Second Mother movement in Moldova is an extraordinary woman named Alina.  Herself the second mother of twenty-one teens, she also leads the largest coalition in Moldova that serves vulnerable children.

When the war began, Alina and her ministry immediately responded.  For the last month, they have been tirelessly serving the women and children who are pouring over the border from Ukraine into Moldova.

To date, Moldova has received 350,000 refugees over its border. This has overwhelmed every institution, and the Mayor of the capitol cried during a planning meeting, saying his staff could not manage without the help of volunteers and the church.  Thankfully, those like Alina have let their lives become about serving these refugees.

Alina shares with us directly.

She thanks you for fighting with them.

  • The situation is worsening
  • Thousands of families need to be fed
  • They are providing psychological support for the trauma
  • All of Moldova needs your prayers

“We rely on your support as we are handling the refugee crisis.  We are helping on a macro and micro level.”
